I originally met him in a professional environment and witnessed, first-hand, his caring spirit, great listening skills and impeccable bedside manner and knew that when I decided to have surgery to repair my nose, he would absolutely be the first and only surgeon I would call. After a friend came to Dr. hartshorn and gave great reviews I got my nerve up to see him.
I came in just expecting to get my nose fixed so that I would be able to breathe, but he was able to fix areas of my nose that I didn't like.
