They lied to me!

This summer my cars blower for the heater and AC stopped working (all together) and I took my car to D & G, and approved 1 hours worth of diagnostic. When the hour was up, they called and asked for another 1 12/ hours to find the problem, I told them I couldn't afford it. When I picked up my car, they said the refrigerant was empty and that I had a MAJOR leak, and that could be the cause, but they needed more time to investigate...I went to the dealership, they had it fixed in no time! a fuse of all things! By the way the refrigerant level according to the dealership was just fine... (that did not surprise me).My husband called D & G later that week and told them what happened and they would not give me back my money. We were trying o give them the benefit of the doubt, so they could checkout the function of their refrigerant pressure tester, but they didn't seem to care if that worked...
