The Fleetwood Home we purchased through Clayton Homes of Grand Junction was delivered to us in July 2015 and in less than six months has acquired numerous issues. The foundation is deteriorating with moisture entering through the stem wall. The piers and pads are loose and shifting. The sides of the home are uneven and unlevel. The metal roofing is missing screws, is bent severely from movement in the home due the faulty foundation, and is leaking. There are numerous windows and doors that either do not open or shut properly. We've had electrical issues that have injured our children and damaged or destroyed our personal belongings without even an apology from the company. We've had numerous plumbing leaks. The home siding is loose, cracking falling off. The interior is riddled with thousands of drywall cracks. The kitchen cupboards are coming apart and falling off of the walls. The counters and bar are not afixed and are so unlevel items slide and roll off. The home was supposed to be hud approved and is not. The contractor Clayton Homes has refused to fix any issues and honor the warranty.
