General Info

With every massage, it is my mission to listen to each client--what they are saying and what their body is telling me. I always strive to relieve any pain and assist with range of motion, yet my main goal is to see what the root of each clients' tension is. This means that I take a structural approach. Instead of just making you feel good for 48 hours, I want you to get as much mileage out of your massage as possible! My goal is to provide each client with a state of mind and body which allows them to enjoy live more richly and move more freely. Depending on how much we work together I always enjoy providing the client with any movements, exercises, or supplements that may help them reach their full potential, and stay out of the hospital! I believe that people can save a lot of money and can live with a lot less limits if they are empowered to maintain well-being on their own, without involving health insurance and hefty hospital bills.
