today i went there to get my blond hair a little bit darker because it was to blond. i asked for it to little bit darker and when the girl was done i had dark brown hair! and this isn't the first time they have done a bad job. when my daughter when there a couple of months ago to have her hair highlighted. her hair was a lighter brown and he wanted it a caramel blond color. we asked the lady for some highlights and some toner and when she was done is looked hideous! my daughter was ferrous because she had pictures the next day. i don't recommend anyone going there your just looking at ruining your hair.

I'm new to Grand Haven and I went in to Lyn Phillips for the first time a couple of weeks ago. What a cool trendy little spot in this cool trendy little town! I can't wait to go back a try something else, like a manicure.
