- Deep Tissue MassageKelley is the proud owner and practice manager of Back In Touch Wellness Center as of 2016. Upon graduating from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2013, is when Kelley began her massage practice with Back In Touch Wellness Center. Kelley is an AMTA member. She currently is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal/Postpartum, Hot stone,and Aromatherapy. She has begun her reiki journey and is excited to finish that path. Kelley’s clients can range from a high school athlete, to a client with chronic shoulder injury, or someone looking to relax and rejuvenate. She believes in, and advocates the mind body connection and overall wellness for everBODY. Kelley believes we all need, and are entitled to, a safe place to heal.

Sports massage can improve flexibility, improve endurance, protect the body from injury and bring optimum health back to over used muscles. Sports Massage releases muscles and tendons to increase flexibility and promote muscle recovery.
- Hot Stone MassageI graduated from Center for Connecticut Massage Therapy (CCMT) in January of 2016. I can do a very light massage to a very deep massage. Since graduating from school I have completed the following courses: Medicinal Aromatherapy, Reiki I & II, Hot Stone Massage, Bamboo Massage and Foot Reflexology.
- Thai MassageWhat will the session involve? Thai massage is performed on a mat with the receiver wearing loose comfortable clothes. No oils or lotions are used. A Thai session typically involves rhythmic pressing and stretching of the body and may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking knuckles and moving the recipient’s body into many different postures.

Modalities include: massage for relaxation, trauma release and recovery from injury; foot reflexology; Reiki; and hot stone massage. She has completed advanced continuing education courses in Myofascial Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy.
- AcupressureThai massage is an ancient healing system combing acupressure, Ayurvedic principals and assisted yoga postures. The practice is known as a form of assisted yoga performed by the giver with the receiver completely passive throughout the massage. Thai massage is based on the theory of the flow of energy along channels or lines that run throughout the body.
- AcupunctureWe are delighted to have Acupuncturist Ginger Harris, L.AC, M.Ac with us at Back in Touch Wellness Center. Ginger practices classical Five Element Style which helps in healing/aligning issues of the mind, body, and/or spirit to achieve reduction in symptoms and greater ease in being. Besides seeing clients individually, Ginger also offers lower cost (sliding scale) monthly group acupuncture sessions.
