My son purchased a used RV last week, 6/19/14, it rained this weekend and the RV LEAKED pretty bad in the roof and windows.

When we called to ask them about it, their response "was you can bring it in and its $110.00 an hour in service dept. to try and fix."

In the papers he signed, there was an "AS IS" agreement, but we really didn't bargain for an RV that had a major roof leak.

I called and spoke to Jim, I suppose the old guy that is the owner, and he was no help and didn't care to help and told me and I quote "I was one of those guys looking for something for nothing". And then hung up on me!

I was floored, how awful and rude after three days earlier We were a customer paying asking price for a unit.

What would anyone do who just purchased a unit from you?

I have been in business for the last 30 years, and know how to treat a customer.

I have owned several high dollar RVs that were purchased from VOGT and ANCIRA and thank goodness I do have the means to fix this one. And I will, somewhere else.

We also spent an additional $900.00 to install a hitch for this trailer and I had also just spent over $1,000.00 on another RV at their service dept that same week ! I was a regular customer, not anymore.

I would hope Granbury will demand better from its business owners, I live here and would urge ANYONE to drive the distance to a large dealer to purchase an RV. The deals are just as good if not better.

As I have read google and other reviews it's very evident that I'm not the first customer the owner has been rude to.

Very Happy Campers!!! I cannot say enough about the kindness, honesty and professionalism of these folks. They went above and beyond to make our deal wonderful and fun. Gary, Dennis and Judy are wonderful to work with and I recommend this company to anyone that wants to make a deal on an RV. They also do parts and service with reasonable prices and a great team.

This was the worst experience i have ever had. The company that I purchased the hitch from recommended that I should watch them install the Hitch so I would know how to disconnect it and how to modify it. The Shop foreman told me that he got his bleep chewed out because I was in the yard watching and if I didn't go to the waiting room I could take my rig and get the hell out of there! Since they already installed part of the hitch I decided to go to the waiting room.Sometime later, the SUV/Trailer was brought to the front and I was charged two hrs labor.Prior to the install they est. labor time to be 1/2 to one hr. There was no instructions onhow to disconnect the trailer etc. The next day i decided to stop by Bennetts and let the senior partner " Wayne" know how unsatisfied I was and why. I just got started explaining all this when Jim Rist came running in yelling and screaming that I was lying and got about 4 inches from my face.I asked him to get out of my face and he wanted to know what I was going to do about it!He asked me to go outside with him and get it on! Wayne got between us and was ableto escape out side. Wayne explained that Jim had a problem with customers and that he didn't know what to do about it since he was his son-in-law. I can never do business with this company again. This guy is scary.Also, I read another bad review about this guy, and I don't know how they can have a four star rating without it being fixed. Female Camper Warning I wasn't there but considering my experience you were correct, Beware of anyone who claims this is a false statement. BC

This is totally false! I witnessed the entire escapade from what caused the lady to go beserk for no reason, to the incident at the front door. She must of been having a bad day. I have been dealing with Bennett's R.V. Camping & Storage for over 5 years & have been satisfied with their service over & above anywhere else I have encountered.

In response to the female, warning campers about a male employee. This is totally unfounded. I witnessed the entire exchange and this is grossly exaggerated. Mrs. Bennett was not even present when this happened and had this truly been the dire situation you explained help would have been provided. What I saw was you chasing the employee into the building while screaming about the park and when you entered the building it changed to help me, help me.

Extremely helpful personel. When they dont have what I need in stock they special order it for me. The service department is equally helpful and does great work. I am so glad I found this place,they have everything.

We love this place! This is our second RV we have purchased here. We stayed in their RV park to check out everything on the new unit before we drove home. It was nice because we got to check it out for the night and have them fix a couple of things,before leaving the state to go back home. Highly rated!!!!!

We have been here many times. We purchased our RV from them and stayed at thier RV park. Beautiful accomodations and very friendly family atmosphere. We highly rate thier sales,parts,service,and RV park.Before purchasing our trailer we checked out thier Better Business Bureau Rating and it is A+.

Great RV Park!!! My wife and I stayed in the Park for over a year while building our home. Everyone at Bennetts were very nice. Even bought our 34' fifth wheel from Gary. Service dept personal were excellent. I think the warning about Bennetts of being attack by an employee are false and someone looking for money. My wife has been in our trailer alone while Bennetts worked on our trailer for A/C change out.

*********PUBLIC WARNING*********Especially FEMALE CAMPERS-- On my first and only visit to Bennett"s Camping Center, and the RV Park in the back, I was physically attacked by a male Bennett's employee twice at the front door, first by him charging out a 2 way glass door hitting my entire left half of my body with the door only then to continue pushing the door and his whole physical self over me and keeping me trapped between the door, wall, and the front window with his entire body frame, so close my right side of my face is pressed to the glass window and screamed at me "What ya gonna do now, huh" "There ain't nuttin you can do now is there" "Yeah what ya gonna do now, lady", then backing his body a little off mine just so he could lean down NOSE TO NOSE and at the top of his lungs "DO SOMETHING" at which time I was able to escape and run inside for help only to find a ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE, INCLUDING MRS. BENNETT WATCHING THIS! I asked them to call 911 FOR HELP AND THEY SAID NO!!!!!!

I made a deal on-line for a used RV from them. They promised me "IN WRITING" that they would check it out completely and "Show" me "Everything Working" when I arrived to pick it up. Even though they knew in advance it had components not working, they allowed me to drive 250 miles in hopes that I would not discover the problem. Fortunately for me I did find the problem but was then told that they would not pay for the repairs. Also, I had ask that they turn the refrigerator on at least one day in advance so it would be cold. When I opened the refrigerator door it was not running and hot. They blamed it on the service man. Saying that he forgot to leave it on. Obiviously they could not show me it running and cold. Since they had lied too me already about the previous issues, I assumed the refrigerator would not work either, and at that point deicided not to accept the trailer. Only then did they tell me they would fix the problem in an effort to save the deal. Because they had not done what they had promised to do, and the fact that they could not show me the refrigerator working and cold, I ask for my deposit back. They refused to give it back and I drove home without the trailer or my deposit. Again, only after I got home was I able to forward the e-mail they had sent me containing the promises they had made, and let them know that my attorney had advised me that they had "Breached the Contact", did they decide to refund my deposit. Be very aware of this company. I will NEVER do business with them again.
