Provided by YP.comI've been coming here for so many years now mainly because its the closest to my house and my insurance covers it. I'll tell you though, they are so rude! There are only 2 people working in that office. The nurse and the dentist himself. They have no idea what tone of voice to use with their customers. For example today, I had an appointment to get my cavities filled. My mom dropped me off and wanted to know how long it would take so she could come back on time, and I asked the asian lady and she responded "I DONT KNOW", and I asked "ok how long does it USUALLY take", she said "I SAID I DONT KNOW". My mom got upset because you would assume that when you've been doing this for years, you have a good idea as to how long it would take to fill in THREE cavities. My mom finally called and the doc said it would take 30 mins. It was time for my procedure and I'll tell you I felt like he CONNED me. He asked me what type of fill I wanted, the clear one for $30 or the silver one for $100 each. Obviously, I'm 18 and I want whats cheaper! So I said the white one. Everything was done, came to the counter to pay and he said ok your total is $300. I asked why, he said it was $30 and I was so shocked when he started to argued with me and said "I've been in this profession for more than 30 years! I think I'd know the prices of the things I offer!" I was speechless. He still gave me a discount, but at the same time, I think its so ridiculous that I paid twice as much even WITH the discount than I should have. How can you tell someone a cheap price of something thats actually beyond expensive and rip off an 18 year old. Anyways, I always dealt with their rudeness but honestly, after they took money for me that I as an 18 year old could have saved, I dont think I'll be coming back. He had me as a client for a really long time, but I think its about time to switch it up to someone who is honest, loyal, and respectful toward their customers.
