      General Info

      We opened our business in 2011 as a mobile concession, serving at the local farmers market, fairs, and music festivals. Our customers have been great, looking to see what events we would be going to next. In 2012 Mountain Fire Pizza was one only two food concessions at the Fryeburg Fair to recieve a plaque for their food. At the Canterbury Artisan festival, a writer for the Associated Press had a desert pizza that we had invented just a month earlier. The pizza had real maple sugar, bacon, butter, and a small amount of cheese. He enjoyed enough to write an article about it that was published all across the country. Our customers are great, and really missed us during the long seven month off season. At the end of the summer of 2012, we decided that it would be a good idea to settle down and open a restaurant in Gorham, New Hampshire. The restaurant has the wood fired oven in the dining area, so you can watch your pizza cook in as little as 90 seconds. The oven temperature is between 750 and 1000 degrees F.
