I visited Williamson Eye Center on a Friday. My appointment time was 10:30. I arrived at 10:20. At 10:45 I was called back for a screening and was then put in another waiting area. Two rounds of people were called before me. Finally, I was called into an exam room 55 minutes later. After waiting 15 more minutes I finally saw the doctor. Dr. Rachal was professional and thorough. He prescribed eye drops for my problem and said they would be called in and I should begin using them immediately so that I could get relief within the next week. As I checked out I noticed there was no one left in the waiting areas and the office was very quiet. I should have suspected a problem. I waited 2 hours and then checked to see if the pharmacy had received my Rx. They had not. I called the Eye Center. I was told to leave a message and my call was transferred so that I could. I left a message. Two hours later I again called the pharmacy. No Rx. I called the Eye Center again and was told that all of Dr. Rachal's staff had left for the weekend. I have an eye infection and no medication because there was no follow through. I will NOT be returning to this eye doctor!

Customer service is rude! I have called on 3 different occasions and all I got are rude people who have no telephone ethics. My last call got transferred 6 times to different locations and when I finally got to the right people, my questions were not answered and instead, I was treated like I'm stupid and did not understand them. If there is a negative number on this rating scale, they deserve the lowest number there is.
