Dawn Sharp, MD, received her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She completed her residency in otolaryngology at UAB in Birmingham, AL. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Dr. Sharp is the Medical Director of Adult Specialty Clinics in Ascension Parish and practices in Prairieville & Gonzales, LA. She is an active member of the OLOLRMC Ethics Committe & Medical Executive Committee. She is skilled in both general pediatric & adult ENT, adenotonsillectomy, ear tubes, sinus surgery, voice and hearing & balance disorders. Her special interests include otolaryngic allergy, pediatric ENT, minimally invasive sinus & nasal procedures.

This is my first review of a physician,but our visit to Dr. Sharp was such a positive one that I felt I had to write this. I took my elderly father to see Dr.Sharp after a fall and injury to his nose. He has not stop raving about how fine of a doctor Dr. Sharp is, and I certainly have to agree. He does not always say this about the doctors he sees and he sees many. The unique attention she gives means so much to the elderly. She was so thorough and kind to him. I thank God for doctors like her.
I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to write one for Dr. Sharp. She is the BEST, most understanding, attentive, knowledgeable, caring doctor I've ever met. Thank You!
