      The Integrative Health Studio offers massage services as well as custom nutrition & health-coaching sessions. The owner, Andrea Holt, is a licensed Massage Therapist and certified Holistic Health Coach. Andrea practices a unique combination of Thai and Western massage that balances therapeutic work with traditional Thai medical theory. Her signature treatments will leave your muscles thoroughly attended to and your stresses melted away. As your Health Coach, Andrea will create a custom meal plan and program based on your personal needs and preferences. She does not promote diets or trends, but rather studies your health history and current concerns to find answers that will help heal your body and mind naturally - from the inside out. Although she sees many clients with different dietary needs, she specializes in treating those who are looking to boost their mood naturally and effectively. At the studio itself you'll appreciate plenty of free parking, a soothing atmosphere with a slight southwestern-vibe, and extra gifts to take home with you and enjoy.
