Get other estimates and do your research. My mother always said if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. Do your research and get other estimates!!

Imagine a plumbing emergency and requiring assistance from an unknown plumbing company. I thought I was dealing with a reputable business, turns out I had the misfortune of using Appletree/On Time Plumbing services. Caution: Don't comment or question their repair process or you may also be witness to a 'plumber tantrum'. If you have trouble making common sense decisions for yourself hire this business. Flushing my money down the toilet would have made me happier!

I hired Appletree based solely on the reviews I saw here on YP.com. They were fantastic. I called one day, and they were there the very next morning - it was great! The technician was prompt, courteous, ethical, and did great work. He (Lawrence) went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. They completely replaced the piping and garbage disposal in my kitchen and replaced sink, faucet, and all hardware in my upstairs bedrooom. I found their prices very reasonable for such professional work, and will continue to use Appletree in the future for all my plumbing, and A/C or heating needs. They have a customer for life! I went to turn on my heater to find the blower blowing and nothing else! I immediately pulled my phonebook out and right on the front cover was a magnet for Time Plumbing & Heating starring right at me! I called, explained what was going on, and had a tech out to my home that afternoon. I was very impressed with how quickly the problem was fixed, the cost of the repair. not to mention the way the problem was explained to me, in a way I could understand! Never did the technician try to sell me on anything other than what he was there for, as with other comapnies I'd used in the past. I really appreciate that!

I called Appletree with both a plumbing and heating issue. The were extrememly prompt and professional. The technicians sent were knowledgeable, explaining my problems in detail. They were able to fix my furance immediately and installed a new water heater for me. Their prices were fair and resonable. The water heater cost was 1/3rd less than what other companies had quoted. I was also told by another company I needed a new furnace. Appletree was able to repair my existing furnace not replace it and it works good. With alot of dishonest companies out there, Appletree's honesty and fairness was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them to any one in need of plumbing or heating suervice.

I has this company out and the "plumber" didn't have a plumbing license. I have been a licensed electrician for 25 years and insist on only licensed trades people. This company claim to be the best in town but they aren't going to get my business with these hanyman that they hire. I sent the guy packing. Make sure to ask for licensed plumbers & electricains.

My experience with Appletree Plumbing was superb! The technician was very knowledgeable and the prices quoted were reasonable. My repairs were done right the first time and I had no more issues with it. I was also impressed how the technician was professional and cleaned up after himself when the job was complete.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who has a plumbing or heating problem!
