In American Self Defense concepts we will train the student with the necessary skills to effectively defend themselves in a real life confrontation The goal of American Self Defense Concepts is to promote the principles and application of self defense techniques through the study and practice of basic mechanical advantages that are enhanced through economy of motion with back up mass. With this knowledge we strive to produce students who are more positive and hold themselves to a higher standard while being respectful of others and aware of their surrounding environments.
