Have been bringing my car here for a couple years now. The old owner, Rick, was great to work with and he was always very helpful with explaining issues and listening to the customer. The new owner, Brian, has absolutely no interpersonal skills. The last time I spoke with him I had scheduled an appointment, and then about a week later I received a call back saying that they had decided to close that day. Well, that is my only day off since I have an internship for grad school 2 hours away during the week and I work on weekends. I explained that I would not be able to make it back within the 60 days that I needed to be back without that appointment, at which point he started explaining the law and how it was "plenty of time." Well I just explained why I couldn't do it, and he had me scheduled for a day that they WERE open... And then he HUNG UP ON ME! So I called back, apologized, and he offered nothing in return. Worst professional I have ever dealt with. Time to find a new mechanic.

My daughter is an out of state college student. Her vehicle recently gave her trouble and the employees at KRG were extremely helpful and understanding. They got her back on the road with no problems. I will definitely be bringing her car back! It is nice to know there is someone we can trust when we can't be around!

I have been bringing my vehicle to KRG since the time that they have opened, I have been very happy with the service that I receive and the staff is very friendly. I am a women and I feel very confident that I will be treated fairly and will be given honest answers every time I bring my vehicle in.
