I've known Ken since he was little and have known him to be a trustworthy, hard-working guy. I don't know much about his wife, except that she has a strong character. It's sad to see reviewers like the previous one, hurting small, family businesses such as this one for their own personal gain. I am aware of this situation and, truth be told, it's no more than a miscommunication from both parts. What this reviewer fails to understand is that Ken and his wife are young people who have set out to be self-sufficient for the sake of their little family. I find it heartbreaking to see people like the reviewer before me treating other people (and businesses) the way they do, on top of exaggerating and fabricating events, with nothing more than bitterness and so much hate... Ken and his wife are great, hard-working people. Don't let the unfounded accusations of a bitter old lady, ruin your judgement about this business. Like any other businesses, take any reviews with a grain of salt (especially when they are clearly set out to damage a person's good name). While their expertise varies with the type of job they do, I can assure you they will work hard to meet or exceed your expectations. If you need junk removal or property management services, give Ken and his wife a call. Use your own judgement.
