Founded in 1966, Comdel designs and manufactures radio frequency and direct current power supplies and process instruments for the semiconductor, flat panel and industrial heating industries. Its product line includes radio frequency generators, auto-match impedance monitors and electrostatic chuck power supplies that are in use throughout the world by some of the industry's major equipment and integrated circuit fabrication manufacturers. Located in a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, offers support and product solutions from its offices in the United States, Europe and Asia. Comdel is headquartered in Gloucester, Mass.
