I read reviews before I moved into this complex and was confident in the place when I moved in. I rent apartments, treat them nicely, help management with what they need, and go on my way. After living here, I would not recommend anyone live here with the current management unless they were REALLY desperate. I have never had so many problems with management as I have here. I was never late with rent, never had complaints, and never damaged the place, but the management does not treat your apartment as your home. During your time there, the management will do random walk-throughs, claiming that they are scheduled, but they never are. When questioned, they lie about it. Also, know from the beginning that your apartment will be sprayed weekly for bugs. The days of the week in which the men are in there changes without notice, and you will not receive any follow-up notice either. Maintenance and inspection visits have no notice and no follow-up notice. I came to an expectation for the majority of the time I lived there that something would be different in my apartment on a weekly basis when I came home. I have come home to find new appliances installed, packages in my living room, and plumbers in my apartment with no prior notice or heads up. Be informed, that your lease will prohibit this and that this is breaking and entering without prior notice. I am a stickler for few things, but this was my home while I was there and I rarely felt safe because of the way I was treated. I lived alone, and found the area and neighbors pleasant, but while Ms. Crabtree is in management, I honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
