- Tire RotationIt's a known fact that regular tire rotation extends the life of your tires and improves performance. Tires are rotated to achieve a uniform wear for all tires. Each tire performs different tasks (such as steering in front- versus rear-wheel drive), therefore tires wear at different rates. Tires should be rotated every 7,500 miles to prevent irregular tire wear.

- General RepairsI brought my van in because the antenna was loose. I could see the screw, but I could not access it. I thought it needed tighten. My service guy was named Mac. This was my 1st time at Jennings. I usually go to Heart's Auto but my mechnic was out. I told them I would wait. After about two hours Mac called me on my cell phone and asked me was i still there. I told him yes and I was in the customer lounge where the TV was. He told me he had come looking for me and I wasn't there. I never left the area. However he wanted to talk to me about my van. So he wanted me to come to his office. I had a hard time finding it since I had only been there once. He told me that the antenna couldn't be fixed and the whole item would have to be replaced. I asked couldn't it be tighten and he stated it was to broken for that. Plus it would cost $420 dollars. Also since they didn't have the part it would have to be ordered. It would be there the next day but they couldn't fit me in until 2 days later. Now i had made an appointment for my orginal appointment and I had seen people drive in with NO appointment and be seen quickly. In addition I had to pay for the part in advance. I told Mac I wanted it fixed to I would agree to the terms. I wasn't happy but I wanted the item repaired. By this time it appeared to me that MAc wasn't happy with my questions. After paying for the item and setting up a time for my next appointment I left. However when I got home I realized that didn't have anything in writing that gave me and estimate of what my bill would be. I called him that day and the next and left voice mail and text message to provide the estimate. Finally on the day my appointment he sent me the estimate. Now upon my 1st visit he had taken picture of the van for damages. ( I assume this was to make sure Jennings wasn't blame for anything) I was ok with that. However when I brought the van back he stated there was body damage on the van. I became alarmed and asked what body damage. He told me back license plate was hanging and the molding was loose. The license plate was screw in place but there was tape where I had put there before I screwed on. The mold was firmly in place and was not hanging or loose. The thing that bothered me was he saw this when I 1st brought the van in and didn't say a word. Finally after all the work was done I saw a person bringing my van around and I meet the person and ask was he the mechnic that worked on my van. He said no. I asked him could I talk to the mechnic he told me no and any information I wanted from the mechnic would have to go thru Mac. He was NOT nice when to told me this. The only question I wanted ask the mechnic was if he thouht the car wash drive thur would cause the antenna to become loose. I understand that every customer can't go back and ask the questions to the mechnic but this is why i go to a local shop like Heart's Auto. I will admit that Mac did make my final bill about $20 lower than the orginal. However the whol
