      Lap top Repair

      I accidentally broke my laptop screen and was able to bring it in. I did have to pay the $____ estimate charge because it was a laptop. But, Mike put that towards the final repair. The turn around was 4 days because he had to order a new screen. He also guaranteed all his work. I was thoroughly satisified with the repair and will be bringing my machines back to him.

      2 months for a 1 week job, and my printer was still broken.

      This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with before. They were closed during open hours three times, HUNG UP on me while checking the status of my job, failed to call back as promised twice, and took 2 months to complete a 1 week job for a Brother printer that stopped turning on. I called weekly to check on the status, and when I demanded to get my printer back regardless of the condition, I was told it would be finished if I waited for the next day. When I came in to pick up the printer the next day, I learned upon trying to use it again that it was now broken in a completely separate and unrelated way that Brother does not support under warranty. An official complaint has been made with Brother. Please don't waste your money here. The faster these people go out of business, the less they get to rob people like us.
