Could not be happier with Feigenbaums. They always take care of all my products, including my leather bomber jacket (which is over 15 years old). They have even come through in emergency situations. Cannot say enough good things about their services.

PRADA BAD RUINED!!!!!!!!!!!Took my Prada tangerine canvas and saddle leather bag for cleaning. Asked only that canvas be cleaned, leather was fine.First time back I nearly fainted as the leather had been stripped of all finish and scuffed as if sandpaper used.Second time back, some finish came back but utlimately the bag is ruined and completely different than what it started out as.THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR REQUESTTHEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LEATHER CAREDO NOT GO HERE WITH A LUXURY DESIGNER ITEMYOU WILL NOT BE PLEASED
