Well, for a restaurant that once had us salivating as we planned our annual vacation to the Lake George area, we are sorry to report the quality of the offerings at B.T has slipped. In previous years we have been wowed by the quality and care, but this time we were treated to a tough steak done too rare (asked for medium) and an overdone pork chop with a side of cold potato salad. The waiter's descriptions were intriguing, but when the dishes arrived, both meals were disappointing. The atmosphere is always engaging and the Mojitos fortunately are world class. We hope somebody pays attention and whips the kitchen back into shape. Sadly, it'll be awhile before we come back.
