Glens Falls Hospital is part of the problem with health care in this country. They recently underwent extensive remodeling. There are flat screen tvs all around and laptops in every room I've been to. Unfortunately, the staff didn't take part of the makeover. They continue to be careless (especially the doctors; exception to some nurses that are nice and caring) and provide little help. Dealing with problems with billing is a nightmare. I had to physically go back to the hospital to try to fix a mistake after spending countless hours on the phone to no avail, and still spent hours there because they just couldn't figure it out. There are not many options when you're sick, but if you can, stay away. Try the Health Center on Broad St. if you can, where I received MUCH better care.
