Provided by YP.comI eat at Chili's often however as far as the hosts are concerned, poor customer service. My boyfriend & I called ahead & placed our name on the list. We arrived & the the host Ryan with whom I spoke to on the phone as well, stated it would be 5 mins. 20 mins passed, still no table. A new host replaced him. I approached Ryan about our table, he replied, I'm off shift now. I said what about our table, he replied your name was called. I asked how could that be when we were standing Next to you the entire time. He replied again, well I'm off shift now. No courtesy to correct his incompetence knowing he screwed up. It wasn't until I raised my voice that another employee said, get them a table. This is not the first time I've seen this behavior at Chili's. I've been there multiple times where other customers experience the same problem. My advice to management is train these employees in customer service especially since most them are so young. Don't need attitude in addition to long wait
