Provided my rental reservation information, got everything verified and I was told to wait while my car arrived. Strange, I made a reservation, you would think a car would be available, let alone any car. You look at the parking lot and there are ZERO cars to select. The staff apologizes that it's a weekend and to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes. An hour later, I receive zero updates on the status of my car even though there are 4 people working at the kiosks and no one currently is being served. Talk about mismanagement of expectations. Stay away from this location! Expect a long wait, zero selection of cars, and terrible customer service. I like to call this the Enterprise trifecta. SP needs to begin providing negative star ratings

Will not be using this this particular rental place, nor ANY Enterprise Rental service service is poor., not enough people to run the place. Just real unorganized in general....only one guy to take care of check in cars (along with bringing up new rentals. He was definitely over worked and over paid. The last and most annoying thing was when the front desk clerk told me I couldn't pay for my charges with my credit card..My girlfriend rented the car under her name and her credit card. I don't know how many times we have done this at all the other major car rentals. He was very in sensitive to my needs, and had the nerve to ask me how he did in case I was called on a survey. I will tell the world,Including Jesus Christ never, ever , patronage this place , or Any in their Franchises.
