The food is awesome but the reason I rates them so low is because I found a hair in my food and the manger acted as if that wasn't a big deal he had the nerve to offer me a store credit. I asked him if he found hair in his food would he return there for another meal. He would not answer but he then agreed to give my money back.

Polo's is the best kept secret in the valley. Don't expect the usual italian food but expect to be surprised with his creations and at a VERY reasonable cost. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday Polo has at lease 2 specials that are not in the regular menu and all I can say is WOW! In addition on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 to 8:30 there is piano music with vocalists on most Friday nights and some Saturday nights. Everyone in the west valley and even Phoenix should be flocking to this location ... it is the best you will find with prices from about $8.00 to $16.00.

Love this place! Great pizza with a crisp, fire-baked crust, homemade breads are fabulous! Yummy pastas, fresh salads and eggplant parmesean also. Lunch menu has great sandwiches!
