My glasses (199.00 frames) were 15 months old and broke - I had paid for a warranty - they did not have my lenses in stock and I was told on Thursday morning they should be ready no later than Monday. On Monday when I called I was told that they wouldn't be in until maybe Thursday or Friday. When you can't see - it is better if this information is given up front. I would have gone elsewear for another pair of glasses. However, I must add that the young lady that waited on me was impressive - she did her best to help the situation.
