My car stalled on me the other day. My friend took me to AAAmerica for getting it fixed. They towed it for free. Inspected the car and fixed it all in one day with reasonable charge. I would take my car there whenever my car needed a fix again.

I have a 22 year old pick up truck that I thought may be on it's last legs and be faced with an outrageous repair bill. I was wrong. I got my truck towed for FREE when I called, I got a fair estimate that was right on when I had to pay. I had to wait a day for a part (that was not anyone's fault)and was compensated by having my truck delivered. I was even given competitor pricing helping to make the right choice. Wow... Thanx!!!

I recently was involved in a car wreck on a Sunday morning that was busy with wrecks. Jim responded to the call for a tow truck and was such a big help with the situation ever since. I would highly recommend the staff at AA America to anyone for situations involving automobiles. The staff is very accomodating and seem to share the same concerns as the customer. Exceptional customer service 5 stars is not enough!!!! I contacted my car dealership and found out that they were no longer doing body work but they referred me to AA America. That was the best referral that I have ever been given. I spoke to Jim about my problem and he told me to stop by and they would look at my paint problem. I arrived with no appointment and they fixed the hood of my 2000 Dakota as good as new while we waited. The waiting area is like nothing that I have ever seen. I enjoyed a message on the Sharper image message lounger while my husband used the free internet. The atmosphere in the office was very relaxed. The bathroom was spotless. There is no doubt that I will tell all my friends about the GREAT job they did and the OUTSTANDING customer service.

I first called AA America because they had the best towing rates in the area, but I continue to call them and recommend them to all of my friends because of their first rate products and impeccable service. They truly are the most welcoming, helpful, and honest car people that I have ever met. They do a fantastic job on all types of work, provide as much convenience as you could possibly want and are always fair in their pricing. Check them out...you will not regret it!

In July 2007, I had a slight fender bender with my new 2007 Subaru Forester. At a very reasonable price, the techs at AA America did a great job of repairing the damage, as well as repainting the front fender and bumper to match the car. Honestly, I cannot tell it was ever damaged. Additionally, there was even a small scratch on the door, not related to the accident or the agreed upon repair, as the dealership was scheduled to fix it, but AA America even cleaned up the scratch at no additional charge. I am extremely happy with the work and communication from AA America. Thanks for everything!

Truly the BEST Customer Service I have ever received from a mechanic. Jim and the team do a fantastic job of always meeting my automotive needs and at the right price. They even rotated my tires for free. I highly recommend AA America. Also if you have a chance be sure to check out one of their two massage chairs, another nice way AA America enhances the Customer experience.

What can we say other than we couldn't have made a better choice. With under 700 miles on our new car and the entire front end smashed, we were faced with the question of where to have the repairs done. AA America was the choice we made and gosh are we glad we did...This car absolutley looks brand new again like nothing had ever happened. They emailed us pictures every step of the way and kept us constantly up-to-date on the repairs. We didn't even have to talk to the insurance company. On a trip from Pinehurst, NC to Nyack, NY in March we had an accident on 95N in a horrible storm at 3:00 AM in the middle of nowhere. (OK, we were in Maryland but to us it was nowhere.) When we finally got towed, I didn't know where to take the car except to the closest Toyota dealer. The tow guy suggested AA America; that they did great work and were nationally recognized. I'm glad I trusted the guy. Jim and his AA America team are wonderful. My 2-month old Prius was close to being regarded as a total loss. (Also bear in mind the battery technology and other whiz bangs in the car.) Not only was I treated with respect and given continuous updates about the repair process but when I picked up the car, I couldn't believe the job. The car looked 110%! Driving back home (350 miles) gave me plenty of time to check the performance. Quiet as a mouse; no knocks, clicks, or wheezes. These people are top-notch, very customer centric. Can't go wrong except if you don't use them!

I brought my Chevy Monte Carlo in as it had some frame damage and I was able to talk directly with the tech that was actually going to do the repairs before committing to dropping my car off for repair. It was done correctly, I cant even tell the car was ever in an accident., and done when it was promised as well. As a surprise to me they also did a great job cleaning my car too at no charge to me. I would and have recommend them to anyone.

I sent my truck there to get some paint done and I was so satisfied with the service, that I had them install my stage 2 performance clutch and it works without a flaw.
