There's an appointment scheduler in the Glassboro office named Kate or Katie who is very unprofessional and rude! I had to cancel my appointment last minute and she asked dryly if next time I could cancel a few hrs sooner because now there's not enough to fill my slot. Well obviously, I cancelled when I could, so how about next time you try to be a little nicer and empathetic. I don't care about other patients filling my appointment so that rich doctors can become even richer, that's really not my concern lady. What IS my concern is how they could pick such a nasty person like yourself to converse with patients over the phone. If this is your phone behavior, I'd hate to meet you in person! To top it all off, she says she couldn't reschedule me for the next day, but to call the next morning and see if they have anything available. Umm, huh??? If that's the case, put me on a waiting list and call ME if something opens up. The nerve of some people!
