      This was the most terrible vehicle-buying experience of my LIFE!!! I had agreed to buy our new vehicle for $4000, AS IS with one exception, all four brakes and rotors must be changed, and a new inspection. First they lied to me and told me it was done (I had made a second appointment for this). Then 3 weeks later my brakes started grinding as if nothing had been done, which was exactly the case. But they passed it for inspection anyways. After throwing a fit, and having a very long argument with the service manager, Dennis, having to call the owner of the company, and best yet- being called a liar straight to my face - they finally agreed to fix the problem. 2 1/2 weeks later the transmission in our new vehicle went. After talking to a few different people I discovered the lying about the work they do is actually a common practice. Please save yourself the trouble and don't go here. these men are the epitome of used-car salesman, despite what their mission statement claims.
