i am tired of my packages not being delivered it said it was delivered and instead it gets dropped off at post office it has my street address on the package i was at home this has been several times this has happened i dont understand i live in a small town and we wait everytime and make sure we are at home i would appreciate if it would come to my home instead of the post office they dont like street addresses on packages only po boxes. they are new and dont know everyone yet .

They say they attempted to deliver to your door (needs signature) they lied about this. No tag indicating they came and I was home during the times they indicated they tried to deliver. Called after I hadn't received my merchandise and tracked the time and date.

Very bad to do business with.. Nobody ever there, do not know what there hours of operation are.. They don't care about the customer, can't update shipments. Let shipments sit for days at a time before delivery and leave customers in the dark..Hopefully they go out of business..

It is very frustrating that I can not find a local number for this location and I have to speak with a computer who does not have good voice recognition! I just want to find out what time this UPS location mails packages, because I know it is a very inconvenient time and I cannot get a real person to tell me. The location is out of my way so it would be nice to have times listed so I did not waste my time driving all the way out there!!
