I called to get information on latisse lady that answer put me on hold for 15 minutes trying to recover my information. Came back on the phone never apologize for the long wait and was cutting me off the whole entire time. Instead of offering to schedule a new appointment as a new customer she cursed me out and hung up on me, I try calling back to get her name and didn't answer the phone. Visit the office and she said her name is Nancy and threatened me to call the cops when all I wanted was an appointment with the real doctor. Nancy has no signs or any right to refuse service to anyone. I will make sure everyone knows about the horrible experience this individual made me go through.
