Worst for Gel polish. No selection of gel polish so I settled for a gel French. Pushy trying to sell the nail dip. I had to say NO several times. Waste of money. Gel polish always lasts 2-3 weeks except when you get them done at Kelly Nails and Tan. Started coming off in a couple days....

I love this place. Been going here for over five years. Amy does a great job.
I have been getting the SNS nails and love it. Great pedicures and waxing available too. I highly recommend Kelly nails.

I have been getting my nails done for years & I have NEVER had an experience like I did yesterday at this place! After being hurt Multiple times to the point where I jerked my hand to my chest to see if I was bleeding 3 of the times, she couldn't do my nails how I wanted them (I had a picture & asked her before we started if she could do that & she assured me she definitely could). After removing the paint 3 times on my ring finger nails I just said never mind. My thumb nail is still crooked, even after I asked her to fix it. Then she made me move so she could start on someone else without finishing my nails. It was obvious she was in a hurry the entire time. I had an appointment BTW. So I sat by my sister in law & watched the lady do her nails. She was doing such a good job, esp on her chevron.. which is also what I had wanted. When my nail tech, Julie, told me to move over so she could finish mine, I kindly requested that the young girl repaint mine bc they looked awful & was highly upset that id be paying $38 for what I had. After asking why I wanted the girl to repaint them she said no, it wasn't her responsibility to fix them, that if I wanted them reprinted, she had to do it herself. Okay. When she did she still didn't put the top coat on and made me wait forever, as she sat and talked about me to her CLIENT! THEN had the other girl apply the top coat?! Really? Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. As I was paying Julie had the nerve to say, "was everything okay?" & I still had to pay $38 instead of $35 for the nail art I did not receive. What a relaxing time to yourself, right?

I'll never go back! It's a shame, too, because the young girl who did my sister in law's nails was so nice ..& great!

This is the worst nail salon ever! They do not clean their equipment properly. The pedicure chairs are drained after each customer, but not cleaned. They just refill them with water - many times just luke warm. I've seen them use the nail equipment over and over on many different people. I've gotten two funguses in my toe nails. I will never visit them again!

I've been going to Kelly's for nearly over 5 months and each time I walk in nearly every there greets you. If you have to wait to see someone, you wait only a few moments before someone seats you. The reason I went to this particular business is the great reputation they have for nails. I never heard anything but good things about Kelly's Nails. Their hours are very convenient, and they're open 7 days a week. The job they've done on my nails is always excellent!
