Have been here before for a pedicure and was pleased so went back for a set of nails for a wedding. Got home and am SUPER DISAPPOINTED! they are crooked and already look like I need a fill in. Have been going to City Nails for over 10 years. Everyone is so nice and always happy with how my nails look after a mani/pedi.

Stopped in for a gel manicure because Le Belle Nails was packed. I wish I would have just waited! It was the WORST gel manicure I have ever received. Michelle was my nail tech. Polish was on my skin and some nails had huge lumps where the polish was applied too thick on one side. Lisa, one of the owners, told me a refund wasn't possible. I didn't have time, nor did I want anyone else from this salon touching my nails. I explained that I didn't have time to have them redone and they were awful! It says on the front of the building and at the front desk, 'Satisfaction Guaranteed!' I pointed this out. She told me to BE QUIET, she's done it for 10 years and there are no refunds. Obviously, telling a customer to be quiet will get you the opposite. After she actually looked at my nails, she saw that they were indeed awful and returned half my money. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I will never go back to this salon again.
