      It seems they are afraid to stir the pot by going to trial locally. I was charged with being so intoxicated I was unable to care for my own safety. On top of that, they're alleging that I willfully resisted, delayed or obstructed an officer and that I knew/reasonably should have known they were an officer.

      Which is it? Was I too intoxicated to know what was going on or was I aware and resisting? There's a conflict in the conduct that no attorney here cared to resolve, sad really
