My husband and I received a gift certificate for a dinner at home with personal chef from Cater2YouCatering. The certificate expired shortly before our 20th anniversary so I contacted Chef Lee to ask if we could extend the date. Chef Lee indicated that the certificate would be honored on 7/31/13 our 20th anniversary. I was sent a menu selection and returned it via email with advice on my cooking setup here and asking if anything would be needed. Michelle replied to me that they would arrive by 6pm with everything needed to prepare our meal and dinner would be served by 7pm. 3 days prior to the date I sent an email to confirm the date since I had not heard from anyone, the next day I left a voicemail requesting the same and the day of our anniversary I again emailed a request for some kind of response. I was not contacted at all nor did anyone show up. Needless to say, we will be celebrating our anniversary this weekend at our favorite restaurant.
