RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! My 4yr old son has been pushed off a ramp in the playground and slammed into a metal piece of a chair by the same class member who has yet to have any disciplinary action towards him. The director states this is not aggressive behavior and there is no need for punishment. When I asked her to take more action and or attention to this matter she became defensive and told me to withdrawal my son. She told me this in a hallway with many passerby parents. Since when do the victims get kicked out? I luckily recorded two of his teachers stating that "they don't know what else to do with this bully." They are told by the director that this is normal and they "feel bad about it". The parent of this child (is a certified teacher) and told me that he feels there a lack of structure for discipline here and feels that the leader is not a good leader for this age group. Being pushed off a ramp and slammed into a metal piece is beyond "bumps and bruises."

First of all, I would like to express my concerns for the children in this facility. My daughter has been going to Small Miracles since the end of August. Since then I noticed behavioral changes, such as; talking back, pointing fingers, hitting and spitting. She was fully potty trained before beginning at Small Miracles and now she seems to have frequent accidents both day and night. The conditions of the facility are questionable as well, the ceiling tiles have mold stains, vents filled with dust, broken playground equipment and the bathrooms have cockroaches. Instead of nutritious snacks they give the kids sugary snacks. I would ask my daughter what she learned and all she mentions is playing or watching TV. When I brought my daughter home and gave her a bath, I noticed redness on her bottom. When I asked who did that she said her teacher because she(my daughter) was hitting. My daughter also stated she has multiple time outs, and slaps on hand. My daughter has had multiple unexplained injuries and no incident report or explanations, including a head injury.

Small miracles academy

It's up to you to judge if you take your children there. My three kids attended small miracles in Garland I have cca assistance, I decided to move my middle son out if there because he was bullied and talk to the director and didnt seem to fin the problem, and what really got me upset its that one day he fell and opened his forehead he had to take him to the e r and get stitched. They told me he fe but he is story is diferent he was pushed by another kid. My baby was with a bad diaper rash he couldnt even sit down and still has scars on his bottom from his skin peeled off. And lastly when I gave them notice that was going to take my baby out of there. The director told me that that would be the last day they could attend daycare. I have to work and luckly I have some flexibility and brought my baby to work for a week. They do not care about safety of the children they only care about the money. Very bad irresponsible Rude people. Aaf
