I recently pulled my mother from this nasty facility. The staff are under trained and poorly supervised. 99% of the staff doesn't speak any English making it impossible to communicate with them. I would encourage anyone with a parent or grandparent they love to RUN not WALK away from Hearthstone in Garland!
