Established in 1993, Field Fresh Foods manufactures a variety of fresh-cut produce items for retail application and food service and manufacturing companies. Its products are packed in 5-, 10-, 15-, and 20-pound bags and several types of boxes. The company offers peeled, diced, shredded and stick items in bulk cases. Field Fresh Foods products include green and red apples, asparagus, avocado, basil, green bean, beet, broccoli, cabbage, cactus, carrot, and alfalfa and bean sprouts. It also provides cauliflower, celery, chive, cilantro, coconut, corn, cucumber, radish, eggplant, escarole, garlic, ginger and iceberg lettuce. In addition, Field Fresh Foods administers a supplier certification program and maintains an on-site microbiological laboratory.
