I have never had a situation like this. These guys have the nicest most friendly professional Website backed by unethical goons. AVOID THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE ANYTHING AT ALL COSTS.
They are rude liars and thieves. You couls send them a new machine and it would need $500 in repairs.
Send them your machine and be surprised when you receive no communication or response for a week. Then call them and have an idiot who sounds like he isn't sure what you actually sent tell you it needs $500 in repairs... ""What do you want to do!?"" Your machine is now theirs and they count on you abandoning it so they can fix and resell. That is their business M.O. - I called Saeco to let them know and guess what, they don't care and did nothing. A company that makes unreliable machines that look pretty with a service partner that is unethical scuz. Why was I surprised!?

I sent my Saeco Espresso machine to AlatteHotte for cleaning. It came back filthy. It was sent to them in better condition than when I got it back. After returning it to them for ""proper service"" they supposedly broke my machine, and sent back to me someone else's used, cruddy, dirty machine. When I told them I wanted my machine back they said ""we've already done enough for you. Complaints have been filed with BBB and State Attorney General. I believe Saeco is taking away AlatteHotte's authorization to service their machines. Beware of this crooked company!

A couple of small pieces in the brewing group (tamper stem retainer) and the spout assembly of my four-year-old, almost-daily-used Saeco Vienna DeLuxe broke off. I went to the place, which is 20 minutes from where I work, and a guy replaced them on the spot at no charge, all done during my lunch break.
I went there because I purchased Lavazza 1 kg coffee bean bags (the blue ones) from them before, and the price was the best I could find on the Internet - I didn't know they are into fixing coffee equipment at the time. I also saved on shipping because of the close proximity.
If my Saeco breaks (knock on wood), I will go there for repairs.
