      General Info
      Frank A. Valente, PA Licensed Investigator, began his professional investigative career working for numerous insurance companies, insurance defense firms and local PA Private Detective firms based in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and in Florida. Primary duties were stationary and mobile surveillance in the Workers' Comp arena. In addition, domestic investigations, civil investigations, criminal defense, auto accident investigations, witness recorded statements, interviews and locates, along with subject background checks were commonplace. Thousands of hours were logged investigating these types of issues and claims. Process Serving became more prevalent and elusive targets and difficult serves were handled more frequently and successfully, resulting in an increased workload and repeat business from law firms. Stealth videotaping and still photography were obtained frequently to verify the suspicions and help bring a quick resolution in the courtroom. GPS tracking and remotely placed cameras also played an important part in obtaining crucial evidence. Frank has been an active member of the state organization, PALI, since 2008. Continuing education credits were accrued annually, as well as working for various colleagues belonging to the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators. Criminal Profiling and studying the psychology behind some of the world's most notorious serial killers and sex crimes became a specialized interest that led to reading and analyzing dozens of books authored by the FBI's most prominent criminal profilers. Most recently, civil investigations and litigation support have become the main focus, with Workers' Compensation claims, insurance and domestic surveillance still playing a prevalent role. Security surveys of businesses and residential properties, as well as gun safety, professional training/shooting and discreet, safe gun storage is also an area of expertise.
