Learn personal modifications. Four class sessions must be completed before progressing to Level 1 Reformer. No exceptions, unless you take a private session. - Yoga - Relax & RenewThis restorative-based yoga class targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders. It also includes supported postures, using bolsters, blankets and blocks, that promote deep relaxation. Breathing techniques and guided meditations will also be include to help restore the nervous system. Postures can be held for three to five minutes at a time. This type of meditative practice compliments more muscularly strenuous exercises, and is open to students of all levels. Expect to leave feeling delightfully relaxed, renewed, and restored! 60 mins
