Bad customer service with low supply of sale items. Cant purchase trailers on display because of title problems. Manager is incompetent. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Liked looking around lots to choose from but crappy customer service. Bought a generator on Thanksgiving. They were to call when they get them in called at 30 days they will not be in for 90 to 100 days winter will be over. No one told us when we purchased the wait time would be so long.

I have been to Rural King in Gallipolis OH several times. Their customer service SUCKS! we bought a car battery there and while their signs say they change your battery No one would change my battery they wouldn't even try to find someone to do it. On another occasion we had to buy their crap chicken coops because we were in a pinch and needed a shelter for our rabbits. they only had one coupe in stock (the display) so we bought that one that was damaged! and paid for another in advanced and they were to call when it came in this was on a friday the coupes were suppose to come on monday on wensday i called because we hadn't heard anything this rude girl sayS nope they didnt come in and wouldnt let us speak to a manager or supervisor. on friday my husband goes over there and they had a whole shipment of them yet NO ONE bothered to call us to pick up a coupe WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL!!!! Rural king has now become the same as walmart to me a last resort after I stop everywhere else... My first stop from now on. TRACTOR SUPPLY!
