I have a taxi service in keokuk iowa arts taxi i used to work for them till i started mine his wife and drivers lie when asked if their the only cab in town they dont have any singedge on their taxis so people can tell its a legit taxi or not why lie their gonna see me eventuly i have 3 doors with name of my taxi and number on all my taxis also hate their drivers when i mess up i look bad and also make them look bad same way around im tired of their drivers makeing them look bad as a whole i really liked working for them mike owner really hard worker real good person

The driver showed up on time, but made an 84 year-old woman and 11 year-old girl load all of their own suitcases into the car (and unload them). The driver wouldn't even get out!



I don't know if it is because he was a jerk, or because he didn't expect a tip from an elderly person and a black child on the SE side of Galesburg.

I really liked the cab service. I called them two days ahead, and they arrived right on time. When I called on the day to confirm the cab service, the guy that answered had a good sense of humor, and told me that I was good. The man that drove took two other people and me to our destinations without any complications, and I was happy with the service.

This company treated me HORRIBLE! WARNING - Avoid this cab company at ALL COSTS! We called them over an hour ahead of time to let them know we needed them at 9:30 PM. She told me OK. 9:37 rolls past and I attempt to call them. Their phone is ringing non stop and sometimes it is just busy. Nobody answered. Finally at around 9:45 PM I got through.



When the woman answered, I told her that we asked for a cab and it is not here. I proceeded to tell her that they were incompetent. As I was making my complaint, she hung up on me. I continued to call back. Finally another 15 minutes go by before it gets answered again. I told her that she hung up on me. She told me that I was cussing at her. I never got past the word incompetent before she hung up so she lied. I called again. She answered. I told her I can do this all night or she can listen to my complaint. I just wanted to talk to a boss. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on me if I ever called there again.



So here I am. Warning others instead. Perhaps she should have listened to my complaint?
