I was a first time customer yesterday (2/17/15). I purchased a GNC Super Foods 25 and a Max Greens Complete which when I opened this one, the canister was less than half full. I understand a product settles but it was ridiculous. I called the store and a male on the phone said I could return it and that there would be a female supervisor there today (2/18/15) who he was going to fill in and it would be no problem. I was just in the store today (about half hr ago) and the same young man-(told me his name was Nick) who waited on me yesterday was there. I gave him the jar and he looked inside and said oh no I can tell this was full, I said it was not full when I opened it. I told him it even had the paper seal on it. He made no point of hiding that he did not believe me. He was banging the keys on the register and mumbling. He asked for my name and address and when I asked why he mumbled to explain to his distributor or something. He then asked for my drivers license. He then gave me receipt and said my bank account would not be credited for 3 to 5 days. I have never been treated so rudely and made to feel like a criminal! I'm sure there are people who try to screw you guys but it was not me. I guess there's just no way the factory could screw up and not fill the container to an appropriate amount far as he was concerned. I will NEVER step foot in your store again! In a town like Galesburg Il I would not think you would want to have a little twit treat your customers so poorly!
