I recently was lucky enough to purchase a signature pendant and necklace from Ricky at J&R Jewelers. My experience was great in that Ricky's expertise in jewelry helped me with my purchase. Furthermore, J&R Jewelers is family owned and Ricky runs his business with the upmost integrity. Many jewelers will seize the opportunity to take advantage of their customers but Ricky does not. Ricky takes his time to make sure you know exactly what you want and his knowledge if his products and services proves it. If you want a great experience and more personal touch added to your jewelry shopping, I suggest you go to J&R. His goal is to gain long-term customers and he has done that with me. All in all, J&R Jewelers is a fantastic Jewelry store and I recommend Ricky to everyone. You will be treated great, and you will love his selection.

Not only were they late in making our bands, (they said they would be ready for our wedding day and they were not!!!) but, my husband's band was of the quality of a student smith, they are not very concerned with their workmanship, there were 2 stones that were chipped to top of it, and they still gave them to us and charged full price with no discount for all 3 problems!!! They would not even fix the problem when I called an complained about how unprofessional the band was. On top of that I told them that I had an allergy to nickel and they promised, and charged, that the gold was pure. Well, it isn't and I can not wear my band without severe allergic reactions. They are very stand-offish and will not appologize or fix anything. They wouldn't even give us an explanation why our bands were the way that are!!!!! DO NOT GET ANYTHING CUSTOM MADE HERE!!!! THEY RUINED OUR WEDDING DAY AND WE CANNOT EVEN WEAR OUR RINGS THEY ARE SO BAD, AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!
