Took my Golden Retriever for a long over due grooming. He is very nervous around strange places, but within five minutes he was relaxed and laying on the floor in the grooming area, waiting his turn. I felt very good leaving him there in their care. When I arrived to pick him up, same thing, he was relaxed, happy laying on the floor (not in a kennel), and groomed perfectly to my liking. Already made the next appointment.

They were very nice and took great care of my old dog. He loved it. I will take him back again. Great place.

My wife called Wednesday 15, 2017 for an appointment for 2/22,2017. The person that answered the phone said we had an appointment. So, the 22nd came carried our dog there and they said that our dog didn't have an appointment, made me really mad after driving from whitesboro, called her a few names and left. Called back the next day, for an appointment, they said bring the dog at 10:30 am and they would work her in.They kept my dog untill 5:30 PM with no water or food for 7 hours. Got home and our little puppy drank about a quart of water and eat 2 paper plates full of food, this sounds like animal cruelty for them to be mad at me. If they had just written down the appointment in the first place none of this wouldn't have happened. Just because they got mad at me, they shouldn't take it out on my dog because she was innocent. NEVER will go there again.

K-9 Klips goes above and beyond without even trying!! It just comes natural to them, We have left some of our dogs with them on numerous occasions and never ever worry about them. They treat ours and I am positive very dog just like they were theirs. Amazing place owned and ran by amazing people.

This place has the best of both worlds: grooming and boarding. I take all three of my small dogs there, my two cats, and my large pyrenese for grooming. The girls there absolutely love and spoil my pets just like people are spoiled when they go to a spa! Their service is friendly and fast, and just from watching those girls groom, you can tell they love their jobs!

When I went out of town, I knew I was leaving all of my pets in good hands, and I didn't have to worry about my dogs fending for themselves or suffering through this Texas heat!
