Hate hate hate and loathe when UPS delivers my packages. Every single time I have a problem, it's ALWAYS with the Gainesville, Ga. Customer Center. Everyone I know that's had to deal with them has had problems too. I order a lot of things online and always try to request that the seller use ANYONE but UPS. I even pay more for shipping just to use someone...anyone else. Horrible customer service 5 out of 6 times I've been to this customer center.

They said they delivered my order per their website. I didn't get it. They say that they cannot do anything for me because I was not the sender even though it is I who have paid for the delivery. The sender says I must deal with UPS. "Catch 22". So I called UPS. It rang 15 times. No one answered. It appears that I have been screwed by the UPS Customer-No-Service Department. I plan to use USPS from now on. I am out the delivery cost plus $60 bucks for the part I need and still don't have. I have nothing but a hole in my bank account and no part. Good luck if you use these jerks because if anything goes wrong you're screwed too.
