I called this company to inquire about service for a rental property in Gainesville and was told that they would charge $85 for the initial treatment and then $35 per mo. After scheduling for Saturday at 10am & notifying the tenants to clear out their cabinets, the representative showed up but refused to service the property unless he was paid in advance and I signed a 12 mo. contract. I was never told any of this by phone.
