I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS LOCATION ON/OFF FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS... I HAVE SEEN IT GO THRU NEW OWNERS/EMPLOYEES... I WAS REALLY UPSET TO HEAR THAT BRITTANY WAS NO LONGER THERE BUT ITS THE SAME OWNER SO I AM HOPING TO GET SAME SERVICE...!!! ONE THING I DONT UNDERSTAND IS HOW PEOPLE ACT ONE WAY AND THEN ANOTHER WAY IN FRONT OF THE MANAGEMENT/OWNER... BUT REALLY NO ONE IS BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE... PEOPLE REALLY SHOULD GET A GRIP AND GET OVER IT. I KNOW THAT IF I GET RUDENESS EVER AGAIN I WILL BLUNTLY LET THE LITTLE GIRL KNOW AND I WILL ARRANGE FOR OWNER TO BE VISIBLE.... THE OWNER OWNS THIS TO MAKE MONEY AND WITH STUCK UP ATTITIUDE IT WON T GO TO FAR.... LOSE IT OR LEAVE IT..... I REALLY LIKE THE OWNERS AND HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED GOING TO THIS LOCATION

Love the beds but one of the employees is super rude. I've only seen two employees through my membership and one is really sweet and the other one is opposite. People shouldn't have a customer service type of job if they can't be friendly to the customers. She doesn't let you lay in the bed you want to lay in even though she asks you which bed you want to lay in! I will keep going to Carribean Tan for the beds but they might need a new employee!

This was my first experience with Mystic Tan or Caribbean Tan. Both young ladies (one was Brittany, the owner, I believe) were friendly, informative, and helpful, both to me and the other people who came in while I was there. She explained things thoroughly and was honest about staining. The room was clean and I saw the beds being cleaned as soon as clients left. Overall, I was very pleased and will (assuming my tan turns out the way I hope) be returning!

I do NOT recommend the Mystic Tan, however, the actual tanning beds are kept up and are the best bed I've laid in. The monthly membership is about average for that part of town; overall I'd def use them again!

I have fair skin so Im not able to be in the sun for long but I discovered Mystic at Caribbean Tan! The staff is very knowledgeable about Mystic Tan. Its UV free, quick and easy! In my opinion its the best spray tan available!! Go to Caribbean for your Mystic Tan!!

Also, they would often forget to leave a towel or goggles. One girl in particular was extremely rude; She would never smile or say hello. She would just say "give me your name". She also tried to over-explain products to me after I told her I was familiar with tanning and that I used to work in a tanning salon. Some doors were hard to lock and you were not sure whether the lock was going to hold. There were some good things through, they did leave body spray and cotton balls in each room for your convenience. There were also one or two girls who were extremely nice. I guess they should teach the rest some manners. I have gone there for 4 months and I am switching in hopes for better service and price.
